With the ongoing pandemic, there have been worldwide limitations on travel. Understandably, many are looking to make changes to previous itineraries. CloudTravel will do our best to help our users, in terms of cancellations, extensions or any other requests.
However, it has come to our attention that many users are contacting the hotels directly to made requests. This is a serious problem as all reservations and transactions are made through CloudTravel, meaning that the hotels do not have authorization to process any request by the users. There may even be more confusion if you actually successfully make a change through the third party, as they do not have your payment details and will not be able to process any transactions, be it for cancellation or extension.
Please ONLY go to Cloud Travel Customer Service if you have any concerns and changes regarding an order made through CloudTravel. DO NOT contact the third party. They are not responsible for your reservation.
